Those of you that bought one of the EGO Z6 Zero turn mowers, you may have noticed when cutting and hitting bumps you hear a lot of rattling.    Two things are happening here.. One, the obvious, you do not have a gasoline engine to drown out those noises like you may have had on a standard mower, so they stand out a bit more and can seem like something is wrong.   Two, the one I'll try to address here, EGO seems to have some loose tolerances when assembling their mowers at the factory.  This first video will address the loudest rattling, from the front cutting deck supports.   In a later video I'll address the rear raise/lower mechanicals and how to quiet them down a bit.   For this project I wanted to convert a commercial dual port ChargePoint EV charger into something I had full control over.    With ChargePoint pushing its clients to upgrade to the CT4000 (the large LCD screen model) lots of people are tearing out the CT2000 series chargers and either scrapping them or selling them.   I found mine on Facebook Market place for a couple hundred bucks.  These chargers are built really well, with extruded aluminum cases, aluminum component modules that slide out for easy replacement, they are just really nicely built chargers made to take abuse from people and weather.
